My Love for the Instant Pot

Instant Pot has changed the concept of cooking for many. There is a reason it is “America’s #1 Brand”.

It has got families back to the dinner table…this is really the best thing from my perspective. People are cooking more at home, skipping takeout or going to restaurants. Why not….when you can make amazing food at home in much less time!

Instant Pot is the most convenient, dependable and safe pressure cooker. I have written previously about why I love the instant pot and shared more than 70 instant pot recipes on my blog. I am very proud and excited to share that many of my recipes are also published on the Instant Pot App.

    1. I would love an instant pot especially for cooking beans, curries and dals, as I am a vegetarian! An instant pot sounds ideal for my purposes. I am retired and do not need the bigger pot. Thank you for the oportunity to win.

  1. My cousin and I share a 6 quart Instant Pot which is great for cooking large meals for the children and grandchildren. However, I cook many meals for just myself and I’m dying to try the smaller pot.

  2. My favorite is Rice pudding/ kheer especially dumpnit all on porridge setting. I have tried your recipe and it’s awesome especially Mom’s chicken curry, aloo gobi/cauliflower and cabbage with tomatoes. Will try chicken chettinad soon. Thanks

    1. Kheer is certainly my favorite too…I was so excited to figure this dump-and-go method. Thanks for trying the recipes and entering the raffle 🙂
