Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips

Olive Oil

Step 1

Wash and dry kale leaves. Spread each leaf on a cutting board. Cut the leaves from the spine. Discard the spine and roughly tear the leaves into small pieces.

Step 2

Transfer kale to a bowl. Toss with olive oil and salt making sure each leaf is coated with a thin layer of oil. Transfer them to air fryer basket. 

Step 3

Air fry them at 350°F for about 6 minutes. Shake the basket at 4 minutes. Keep a close eye after 4 minutes.

 And it's ready!
