Main Ingredients

Spinach

Potatoes

Red chili powder

Dry mango powder

Salt

Garam masala

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, dry red whole chili, asafoetida, garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the potatoes, water and mix well with the spices. Cook for about 4 minutes. The potatoes should be more than half done.

Step 2

Add the chopped spinach and mix well with the potatoes. Cook for another 4-5 minutes after adding the spinach.

Step 3

 Add the garam masala, dry mango powder, and mix well.

Step 4

And it's Ready.
