Main Ingredients

Chicken thighs

Lime juice

Coconut milk

Tomato puree

Ghee/Oil

Spices

Salt

Step 1

Add ghee, cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and saute them.

Add tomato puree and spices and mix well. Add chicken and pressure cook.

Step 2

Once the pressure cooker beeps. Quick-release the pressure and add coconut milk and garam masala.

Step 3

Stir in the lime juice and garnish with cilantro.

Step 4

And it's Ready.
