Vermicelli

Cardamom Powder

Raisins

Step 1

Start the instant pot in SAUTE mode and heat ghee in it. Add the nuts and saute for 30 seconds. Then add raisins and saute for another 30 seconds. Then add roasted vermicelli and saute for a minute.

Step 2

Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pressure cook and at high pressure. Natural pressure release, after the instant pot beeps.

Step 3

Sweet Seviyan are ready to be served.

 And it's ready!
