Main Ingredients

Coconut milk

Broccoli

Carrots

Garlic

Salt

Broth

Black Pepper

Step 1

Heat oil in instant pot. Add diced onions, garlic and sauté.

Add rest of the ingredients and broth. Stir it all up. Close lid & pressure cook for 3 minutes. Then do a 10 minute pressure release. 

Step 2

Add coconut milk. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup to a creamy texture.

Step 3

Season the soup with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 4

And it's Ready.
