Make this amazing Indian style Avocado Chutney Sandwich and satisfy those morning hunger pangs in a healthy way. You will love the taste of fresh mint cilantro chutney, and the creamy smooth avocado slices in every single bite!
Start by spreading the cream cheese evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Then spread the green mint cilantro chutney as a second layer over the cream cheese.
Cut the avocados into half, make cuts with a knife and scoop out the avocado with a spoon. Then place the slices over the chutney arranging them evenly on the bread.
Add the seasonings of chaat masala or salt and black pepper.
Cover the slice of bread with another slice that is also coated with the cheese and chutney.
Repeat the same process to make more sandwiches.

To make avocado toast sandwich
If you like grilled sandwiches, then pop these sandwiches onto the skillet. Butter them on both sides to get that distinct crunch and keep turning them till they become brown. In case, you have a standalone grill, then it is even better.
