Not usual for a favorite, but these Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer have become a favorite. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside...yummy!

Crispy Brussels Sprouts - Air Fryer

A delicious side dish of crispy air fryer brussels sprouts. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these are a perfect side dish.

  • Rinse brussels sprouts with water to clean and pat dry with a paper towel. 
  • Cut the bottom stem, then cut each brussels sprout in half. Place them in a bowl. 
  • Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Transfer them to air fryer basket. 
  • Air fry them at 360°F for 12 minutes or until they are slightly browned. Shake them half way through.
  • Brussels sprouts are ready. Remove in a serving plate and drizzle with some lime juice. Enjoy as is or with a dip of garlic thyme mayonnaise. 



Some variations:
  1. Toss them in buffalo sauce. I have had these at BJ’s and they are awesome.
  2. Add Parmesan and breadcrumbs with the olive oil before cooking.
