Have the gulab jamun and shrikhand ready. You can either make at home or use store bought.
Cut a gulab jamun in 4 equal pieces. In a mini dessert bowl, layer it as shown in the photo.
Fill the bowl with shrikhand on top of the gulab jamun pieces. Then place half a gulab jamun on top.
Garnish with chopped pistachios. Optionally, decorate with edible silver leaf on top.
Repeat with remaining bowl. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
