Wash and trim the rough ends off the green beans. Pat them dry.
In a large bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add the green beans. Toss them well, so they are all coated with the seasoning.
Transfer the seasoned green beans to the air fryer basket. Shake basket to spread the green beans. Set the air fryer to 380°F. Air fry for 6-8 minutes for the perfect texture. Shake the basket half way through. (Preheating is not required. The cooking time includes preheating time).
Serve and enjoy green beans. Optionally, sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Oven Method
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Season and transfer the green beans to a large sheet. Spread evenly so they do not overlap. Cook for about 12-15 minutes.

Tips to cook green beans in the air fryer:
Do not overcrowd in the air fryer basket. Preferably spread the green beans in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
