Air fry for 15-18 minutes for the perfect texture. Shake the basket at about 8 minutes.

Notes
Avoid Overcrowding: Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Cook the potatoes in batches to ensure they become crispy on all sides.Serve Immediately: These potatoes are best enjoyed fresh, as they can soften once they cool down. Serve them right away for maximum crispiness.Seasoning Ideas: For a flavorful twist, try onion powder, cumin powder, cajun seasoning, or curry powder. For curry-roasted potatoes, a combination of turmeric, cumin, and garam masala is a great option. For an extra zing, sprinkle Chili Lime Seasoning from Trader Joe's at the end. It adds a delicious kick!Cheese Lovers: If you love cheese, add some grated Parmesan in the last 5 minutes of cooking for a cheesy, golden finish.
