Place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a layer on the bottom. Spread them out in a single layer to ensure each chip gets topped with cheese and other ingredients.
Layer on half of the sliced bell peppers, red onion, black beans, and corn. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Add the second layer by repeating the process with the remaining tortilla chips. Followed by the remaining bell peppers, onion, black beans, and corn. Add some halved cherry tomatoes and the rest of the cheese. Then spread some sliced jalapenos on top.
Air fry at 330°F for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top layer of chips starts to brown.
Carefully remove and top with fresh chopped tomato and cilantro.
Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa, and/or guacamole.

Notes
Serve with dips: I always keep sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the top or side—they add the perfect creamy, tangy bite.Easy clean-up: Use parchment paper in the air fryer basket for quick clean-up.Prep ahead: Chop veggies, rinse beans, and shred cheese earlier in the day or the night before for faster cooking.Spice level: Adjust jalapeños to your taste—or skip them if you prefer no heat.Thicker chips: Go for thick tortilla chips, so they don’t get soggy or break.Extra cheese: Don’t hold back—more cheese means more melty goodness!
