Instructions
Wash the pears thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or residue. Then, peel the pears and remove the cores and seeds.
Cut the peeled and cored pears into smaller pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the chopped pears, water, sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, or sugar), and the juice of half a lemon or lime.
Optionally, strain the pear juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.
Transfer the strained pear juice to a pitcher or serving glass. Enjoy your freshly made pear juice!
