Instructions
Add the coffee powder, sugar, milk, and ice in a blender and blend until you see a frothy layer.
Pour in glasses and serve. Add toppings of your choice.

Notes
Use your preferred instant coffee brand. Instant coffee comes in finely ground or granulated form. Both of them work.
Add more instant coffee to 1.5 or 2 tablespoons if you prefer a stronger, slightly bitter taste in your cold coffee.
If you want a foamy coffee, don't blend the coffee for too long after adding the milk.
If you're going to add ice cream, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce, reduce the amount of sugar in the coffee.
You can either have it with a dollop of your favorite ice cream on top or blend it in with the milk.
