Gluten-free & Paleo

Rich & fudgy

Made with simple ingredients

Easy to make

Main Ingredients

Eggs

Coconut Sugar

Almond Flour

Avocado Oil

Chocolate chips

Vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 325°F (162°C). Gease a 8x8 square pan or use a parchment paper and cover the inside of the pan. In a large bowl,  add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil. Mix well until they are all combined.

Add cocoa powder, almond flour, sea salt and baking soda to the bowl. Stir well until they are well combined and there are no lumps.

Step 2

Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Pour into the greased pan. Spread the remaining chocolate chips evenly over the batter.

Step 3

Slide the pan into the oven and bake for 25 minutes. When you remove the pan from the oven and tilt it, the center will move a little, but should not be wet at the top. Let the brownies cool completely.

Step 4

You can also refrigerate the brownies after they cool down. This helps to cut them easily without breaking.

Step 5

Once cooled completely, cut into 16 squares, or 9 if you like larger pieces.

Step 6

 And it's ready!
