Main Ingredients

Wash basmati rice until the water runs clear. If soaking, soak the rice in excess water for 1 hour. After the soaking time is done, rinse the rice.

Step 1

Add the water and rice to the ninja foodi pressure cooker. If using, add the ghee/oil and salt. Start the pressure cooker for 2 minutes on high pressure with vent in sealing position.

Step 2

When the ninja foodi beeps, do 10 minutes natural pressure release, which means release the pressure manually 10 mnutes after the ninja foodi beeps.

Step 3

Fluff the rice with a ladle or fork. Let them stand for 5 more minutes. Rice is ready to be served with your favorite curry.

Step 4

Preheat the air fryer. Add the sweet potatoes to the air fryer

And it's Ready.
