Kachumber means a mixture or salad in Hindi. It is basically a cucumber, onion, and tomato salad. Made by combining chopped veggies dressed with lemon juice and some spices.
It is traditionally served with dal and curries. You can also enjoy it in burgers, sandwiches, as a dip with chips, and on top of Indian roasted papad.

Wash and chop the cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and green chili into small pieces. You want to cut the vegetables so that they are all roughly the same size.
You can also use a chopper to cut the veggies into equal sizes.
