I am sharing here a variety of vegan plant-based meals we make frequently. All of these recipes are made in the Instant Pot, but can also be made in a stovetop pressure cooker or in a pan.
Instant Pot is the best to make lentils and beans, cooking them faster than ever with the pressure cooking feature. It is also great to make delicious healthy soups and curries. And did I mention “rice”. Remove the guesswork out of cooking perfect fragrant rice!
